What cookies are
Cookies and similar technologies (such as your browser’s local storage) let a website remember information on your device.
What this site stores
A single strictly necessary item: “mia17-consent”, in your browser’s local storage for 12 months. It remembers your choice in the cookie notice (accept all, necessary only or the categories you pick) and its date, so we don’t ask on every visit. Language and theme travel in the page address, so nothing is stored for them.
What this site does not use
No analytics, advertising or social media cookies. External links (photography, X, WhatsApp or sending the form) open third-party services with their own policies; this site places nothing on your device for them.
Robot check on the contact form
The contact form is protected by Google reCAPTCHA (“I'm not a robot”), which loads as a necessary security check and does not depend on optional cookie consent. When it loads, Google may set its own cookies and receive your IP address and browser signals to tell humans apart from bots, under Google's privacy policy and terms. Without it the form cannot be sent, but you can always write to us directly at info@mia17.com.
Legal basis
Storage that is strictly necessary to provide the service you request needs no consent (Art. 22.2 LSSI). If we ever add optional features that need it, they will only run with your prior consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and will be described here first.
How to change or delete your choice
Use “Cookie settings” in the footer to choose again any time. You can also clear this site’s data from your browser settings; after 12 months we will ask again.
Changes to this policy
If we change our use of cookies or local storage, we will update this policy and its date before applying the change.
