Responsible AI commitment
Mia17's own commitment to responsible AI: human oversight, transparency, data protection, testing and clear limits.
Our pledge
We use AI to work faster, never to replace judgement. This page lists what we commit to; it is our own pledge, not an outside certification.
A person decides
We commit to keeping a person in charge: nothing important leaves the lab on AI alone.
Reviewed, not raw
We commit to reviewing AI-assisted work before it reaches you, and to saying so where it matters.
Minimal data
We commit to asking only for the data the job needs, and to never selling it.
Inside EU rules
We commit to applying the EU AI Act as deployers of AI systems, and to training our team in its use and limits.
What we never do with AI
We don’t generate impersonations, disinformation, spam, surveillance or invasive profiling, nor systems that decide about people without human review. We turn down commissions that ask for it.
Models make mistakes
AI systems hallucinate, bias and go out of date: everything we deliver passes human review, and we tell you which part is assisted when it matters.
Your responsibility in using it
Once delivered, the use is yours: don’t use our agents, texts or automations to spam, deceive, impersonate or breach anyone’s privacy. If you do, you answer for it.
Transparency
We comply with EU Regulation 2024/1689 as deployers: anyone interacting with our automated systems will know it, and generated content is identified where the law requires.
