Terms of use
Terms of use of the Mia17 website and services: acceptable use, AI usage rules, intellectual property and limits of liability.
Last updated: October 2026
Purpose and whole
This website presents the services of Mia17 (“Mia17”, “we”) in six languages. By browsing it you accept these terms, which form a whole with the legal notice, the privacy policy, the cookie policy and our responsible-AI pledge. If you disagree, please don’t use it.
Services and proposals
Every project starts from a written proposal with scope, price and deadline; the plans on /pricing/ describe subscriptions with the same detail (monthly or annual). Nothing on this site is an order form: a project only starts when both sides confirm the proposal in writing.
Prices and payment
The /pricing/ prices are the proposal for subscriptions; each bespoke project has its own. How and when to pay is agreed in writing in each proposal, and work starts upon its confirmation.
Deadlines and delivery
Each proposal sets milestones and dates. Deadlines count from when we have everything needed to start; if client materials or decisions are missing, the calendar moves by the same wait. We warn you before, not after.
Client materials
Anything you give us for the project (texts, images, access, data, accounts) must be yours or authorised. You grant us a licence to use it only on your project, and you answer for its use not infringing third-party rights or applicable rules.
Confidentiality
What you share to request a proposal stays between us: we do not disclose your enquiry or project details without your permission, and we require the same discretion from our whole team and collaborators.
Acceptable use
Use the site lawfully: don’t try to damage it, alter how it works, impersonate other users, or use the form for bulk or unsolicited messages. We apply anti-spam measures (as described in the privacy policy).
AI use and prohibited uses
We deliver AI-assisted work with human review: agents, texts, reports, automations and code pass through people before reaching you. Using our deliverables to impersonate people (deepfakes, cloned voices or texts), send spam or unsolicited messages, surveil massively or profile invasively, take fully automated decisions about people without human review, circumvent model safeguards, train other models with our work without permission, or for any unlawful purpose is prohibited. Models can be wrong, outdated or biased: always review results before publishing, sending or deciding with them. Whoever misuses them afterwards answers for it, not Mia17.
Intellectual property of deliverables
The Mia17 brand, its logos, texts, designs and own imagery belong to us or are used under licence: don’t copy or reuse them commercially without written permission. Rights over each deliverable (what it includes, who may use it and how) are agreed in its proposal; third-party tools, libraries and models keep their own licences.
Illustrative content
The site’s projects, figures, panels and examples are shown as concepts to explain how we work. None of it is a contractual offer, a promise of results, or a substitute for a written proposal.
Warranties
We work with professional diligence but don’t guarantee specific commercial results, rankings, reach or figures: they also depend on your market, your investment, your decisions and factors outside our control. What we do guarantee is the scope described in each proposal.
Limitation of liability
To the extent applicable rules allow, we aren’t liable for indirect damages, loss of profit, loss of unbacked-up data, or decisions taken from the site’s guidance information. Our liability for a project is limited to what its proposal provides.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms when services or rules change. The current version is the one published here with its date; ongoing projects are governed by the signed proposal, not by later website changes.
Contact and disagreements
For any question about these terms write to info@mia17.com. If something doesn’t add up, we talk first between people: we always try to reach an agreement by email before any other route.
