Legal notice
Legal notice of Mia17: owner, purpose of the website, intellectual property, liability and applicable law.
Last updated: October 2026
Who we are
This website belongs to Mia17 Labs, an applied artificial-intelligence lab for strategy, brand and data. We run it directly, publish it in six languages and update it with our own work. For anything about this site write to info@mia17.com: a person replies, not a robot.
What this site is
The public face of Mia17 Labs: who we are, what we do, how we work and how to reach us. Operations (accounts, projects, client documentation) live in private and are never published here.
Languages
The content is the same in Spanish, English, French, German, Italian and Portuguese, adapted by people. If any version differs in nuance, the intent is the same: tell us at info@mia17.com and we fix it.
How to reach us
Through the form (answered by the team of the topic you choose) or directly at info@, marketing@ and support@mia17.com. For a fast reply tell us who you are, what you want to achieve and on what timeline.
Hours and replies
We work on business days. The only committed times are the ones published under Commitments; the rest is guidance.
Acceptable use of the site
Use the site lawfully and in good faith, in line with this notice, good faith and public order. Access is free of charge and creates no commercial relationship by itself.
What you may not do
Damage or try to damage the site, alter how it works, access restricted areas, impersonate other people or Mia17 Labs itself, introduce malware, scrape aggressively enough to degrade the service, circumvent anti-spam or anti-robot measures, or use the form for bulk or unsolicited messages.
Security and anti-spam
We apply an invisible honeypot, minimum writing time, Google reCAPTCHA robot check as a necessary security measure for the contact form and technical security logging. Faced with abuse we may block sends and access.
Intellectual property: ownership
The texts, images, designs, logos, the Mia17 monogram, the source code, the navigation structure and the architecture of this site belong to Mia17 Creative or are used under licence. They are protected by intellectual and industrial property law.
Logos and monogram
The monogram and the Mia17 signature identify us: don’t use them as your own, don’t modify, distort or rearrange them, and don’t use them in ways suggesting endorsement or a non-existent relationship. For press or partnerships ask info@mia17.com.
How to quote and share
You may share our content citing the source with a link to the page. Reasonable quotation is a brief excerpt with attribution; the rest (wide reproduction, published translation, commercial or advertising use) needs written permission.
Third-party content
Form delivery travels via Resend, the anti-robot check is Google reCAPTCHA and we link social networks: each service has its own terms and policies, which apply when you use them. We don’t control those services and aren’t responsible for them.
Outbound links
Links to third parties are offered for convenience or reference. They lead to sites we don’t control: visit at your own responsibility and under the terms in force there.
Availability and maintenance
We maintain the site diligently but don’t guarantee uninterrupted availability: there can be scheduled maintenance, hosting outages or third-party technical failures. We announce what is relevant when we can.
Errors and typos
There can be typos, outdated figures or broken links. If you spot anything, tell us at info@mia17.com with the page address and a screenshot.
Technical compatibility
A modern site for up-to-date browsers with JavaScript: no apps, plugins or sign-ups needed to read it. Videos and images are light; on slow connections some effects simplify by themselves.
Accessibility
Our bar is WCAG 2.2 level AA: full keyboard navigation, screen-reader texts, sufficient contrast and respect for reduced motion. If any barrier stops you using the site, describe it to info@mia17.com.
Information is guidance
What is published is guidance and outreach: it is not professional advice (neither legal, fiscal nor investment) and creates no expectation of results. Always ask for a written proposal for your case.
Conceptual projects
For transparency: the projects and figures shown are conceptual work labelled as such, unless a real client is named with permission. They explain how we work, not a client portfolio.
Indicative prices
The /pricing/ prices are the proposal for subscriptions; each bespoke project has its own in a written proposal.
Abuse and reports
If you see misuse of our content, impersonation or a security issue, write to info@mia17.com with subject “Abuse”, the affected address, date and description. We review it.
Cookies (summary)
We only use what is strictly necessary, including the robot check. Optional preferences, analytics or marketing load only with your permission; today no analytics or advertising are active. Detail, categories and changing your choice are in the cookie policy, which prevails over this summary.
Privacy (summary)
Browsing doesn’t track you; writing to us processes what you send only to reply, with your rights at info@mia17.com. Detail, bases, retention and processors are in the privacy policy, which prevails over this summary.
Terms and AI (summary)
Hiring happens by written proposal; AI-assisted work carries human review and its misuses (impersonating, spamming, surveilling, deciding without review) are prohibited. Detail is in the merged terms and privacy and in responsible AI, which prevail over this summary.
Changes to this notice and versions
We update this notice when the site or the rules change. The current version is always the one published here with its date above; we keep no public version history.
Legal contact
For any question about this notice, and for permissions, wide quotations, press or reports: info@mia17.com. We always try to solve it by talking first between people.
Official channels and phishing
Our only official channels are this website and the @mia17.com mailboxes. Distrust other domains, profiles or emails asking for money, passwords or data in our name: we never ask for any of that through those means. If in doubt, forward it to info@mia17.com and we verify.
Hearing and cognitive accessibility
No essential content depends on audio alone, and we avoid flashing and abrupt motion (besides respecting reduced motion). We use plain language and a predictable structure on every page.
Form: your message’s journey
On sending you choose a topic and your message travels encrypted to the matching mailbox; anti-spam checks form, not content. If automatic sending fails, the page itself offers the pre-written email or copying it. The site doesn’t store your message.
Mailboxes: which to use
info@ for general matters and new proposals; marketing@ for press, partnerships and sponsorships; support@ for clients with a contract or subscription. Choosing well speeds the reply; if you err, we reroute inside.
Site updates
We update the site with our own work: new sections, articles, improvements and legal texts. What matters to you (prices, legal, contact) changes on the page itself, with no notices through other channels.
Press and partnerships
For press, interviews or partnerships write to marketing@ telling what you need and for when.
Prices and taxes
The /pricing/ prices are the proposal for subscriptions; each bespoke project has its own in writing. Nothing can be paid on the site.
Images and performance
Own WebP images with lazy loading, videos with poster and no autoplay with sound. On slow connections or data saving you see simplified versions without losing content.
AI-assisted content
We may use artificial intelligence as an aid to draft, translate or illustrate, always with human review before publishing. What matters to you goes through people and is flagged when it matters; detail is under responsible AI.
No tracking
We use no analytics, advertising pixels or behaviour logging. The only local memory is your cookie choice (mia17-consent, 12 months); everything else lives in the page address.
Hosting and backups
The site lives with a hosting provider with internal security backups. If hosting fails, the site may be down until restoration.
Incidents and notices
Faced with a relevant outage or a security incident we warn right here and, those affected, by email. If your rights are at risk, we inform the supervisory authority within 72 hours as the GDPR requires.
Previous versions of this notice
We publish no version history of this notice; the date above prevails.
Partial invalidity
If any part of this notice couldn’t apply, the rest stays fully valid. The invalid part is read in the way closest to its intent that does apply.
