Your social media, managed
A dedicated social media manager for your brand: strategy, content, publishing and community, every single week. AI speeds up the work; a person approves everything that goes out.
What your social media manager actually does
Channel strategy and brand voice
Which channels, which audience, which tone: an audit of your profiles and a short guide that every post follows.
Content calendar
A monthly plan of posts, reels, carousels and stories tied to your launches, offers and seasons.
Posts, reels and stories
Copy, design and short-form video made in your brand voice, with captions, hashtags and alt text.
Scheduling and profile care
Posts go live at the best times, and bios, links, highlights and pinned posts stay up to date.
Community management
Comments and direct messages answered fast, moderation applied, and sensitive messages passed to you the same day.
Listening and reporting
We track mentions, competitors and trends, and send a one-page report: what worked and what changes next.
A rhythm your audience can feel
A social media manager works on three clocks at once. This is how ours run.
Every day
We reply to comments and messages, publish stories and watch for mentions. Anything sensitive goes straight to you.
Every week
Approved posts and reels go live on the planned days, and a short check-in shows what is coming and what is working.
Every month
A fresh calendar, a one-page report and a clear decision on what to do more of and what to drop.
Social media, answered
Which channels do you manage?
Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok and X, depending on where your customers are. The channels are agreed in the proposal.
Who approves the posts?
You do. Nothing is published without your approval, unless you choose an auto-publish rule for routine content.
What does a social media manager do day to day?
Replies to your community, publishes and schedules content, keeps profiles up to date, watches mentions and trends, and reports every month. You get one point of contact and a predictable rhythm.
Do you create the content as well?
Yes. Copy, graphics, carousels and short videos are produced in your brand voice. If you have your own photos and footage we use them; otherwise we create the visuals.
Do you reply to comments and direct messages?
Yes. We answer questions and everyday comments in your tone, apply your moderation rules, and pass complaints, sales enquiries and anything sensitive to you the same day.
How many posts a month are included?
It depends on the channels and your goals. The proposal states the exact number of posts, reels and stories, and the packages on the plans page show typical volumes.
Do you run paid ads on social media?
Paid social campaigns belong to our Marketing service, where all ad spend goes through Mia17 and is broken down in your report. Social media management covers organic content and community.
Can you work with influencers or creators?
We can brief and coordinate micro-creators and user-generated content, and prepare giveaways that follow each platform's rules. Any creator fees are agreed with you beforehand.
Do I have to give you my passwords?
No. We work through each platform's own access roles, such as Meta Business Suite, so you keep ownership and can remove access at any time.
How will I know it is working?
Every month you get a one-page report in plain language: reach, engagement, follower growth, best posts and what changes next. We do not promise follower counts; we show what moved.
What do you need from me to start?
One working session about your brand, audience and goals, access to your profiles and any brand assets you already have. We begin with an audit of what is live today.
Is there a minimum term?
No. Support is month to month with no minimum term, and the scope and price are fixed in the proposal.
Give your channels a steady rhythm
Tell us where you are today and we come back with a fixed proposal for the channels, the cadence and the reporting.
Scope, price and deadline are agreed before work starts. Month-to-month support, no minimum term.
